Agreement / Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern use of mayybeellline.shop and purchases from this Shopify storefront for Maybelline New York, operated under the L'Oréal USA business identity for U.S. consumers. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you use the site for another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Account

This clone_site storefront uses guest checkout only. Customer account, loyalty, wishlist, and personalization features are disabled unless the store owner later enables them.

Products & Pricing

Product descriptions, shades, imagery, prices, and availability may change. We try to present makeup products accurately, but display color can vary by screen and lighting. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve inventory.

Promotional Pricing

This staging storefront uses an 80% off promotional pricing model. Promotional or compare-at pricing is not a statement of regular retail price, is not a representation that any item was previously sold at the compare-at amount by this store, and may change or end at any time.

Orders & Acceptance

An order is accepted only after payment authorization, fraud review, and inventory checks are complete. We may cancel or limit orders because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or misuse of promotions.

Order confirmations acknowledge that the request was received; they do not override product limits, payment review, shipping restrictions, or later risk checks. If an order is canceled after authorization, any uncaptured authorization hold is released according to the timing of your payment provider.

Shipping

Orders ship within the United States. Standard handling is 1-2 business days and estimated delivery is 4-6 business days after processing. Free Shipping on All Orders applies unless a checkout rule states otherwise.

Returns

Return requests are reviewed within 30 days of delivery and are limited to damaged items, incorrect items, or order fulfillment issues. Contact support before sending any product back.

Intellectual Property

Site content, product names, graphics, logos, copy, and design elements are protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. This staging build does not grant any license to copy, reuse, or represent the brand outside approved store operations.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with checkout, scrape at unreasonable volume, submit false information, violate security controls, or use the store for unlawful activity.

You also agree not to impersonate another customer, submit abusive support requests, attempt to bypass purchase limits, or use product content in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or official authorization outside this storefront.

The site is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products.
