This store ships to customers in the United States. International shipping is not available from this storefront.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping on All Orders applies to eligible checkout orders unless a technical checkout rule or fraud hold prevents fulfillment.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery after processing is 4-6 business days. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, or peak volume can extend this estimate.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If an order contains multiple items, products may ship together or separately depending on inventory and fulfillment handling.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier first scans the package.

If you do not receive tracking after the processing window, contact support with the order number and checkout email. Support can review whether the order is still processing, awaiting carrier scan, or needs additional verification before shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support quickly if you notice an address error after checkout.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is submitted. Packages returned because of an incomplete, inaccessible, or incorrect address may require additional review before reshipment or refund approval.

Lost / Damaged in Transit

If a package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact support with your order number and photos where available. Eligible issues are handled under the Refund Policy.

Orders must use a shipping address that the checkout accepts for the United States market. Freight forwarders, reshippers, and unsupported destinations may be canceled if fulfillment or carrier delivery cannot be completed reliably.
