Using this website

These terms apply to your use of this website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you confirm that the checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Products, prices and availability

Product descriptions, availability, prices, taxes and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may change before an order is accepted. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct an obvious error or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, and we will refund payments for a cancelled order.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may contact you to verify information or resolve an availability, payment or delivery issue. An order may remain pending until the payment provider authorizes it.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and remedies are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable federal, provincial and territorial law.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for providing purchased goods and services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited or breach of a non-waivable consumer right.

Website availability

We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and information accurate, but maintenance, technical faults and events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. This does not limit any mandatory right relating to a purchase.

Applicable law and disputes

Mandatory consumer protections and any mandatory law of your province or territory of residence continue to apply. Nothing here deprives you of the right to bring a claim before a court or tribunal available to you under mandatory law. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
